Make an Appointment -
Use the location dropdown to specify where the appointment will take place. Selecting a different location will reload the appointment dates and times that are available to be booked.

Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.

Welcome to our Intersession Library Appointments page. 

We welcome all current WWU students, faculty and staff to schedule an appointment for the pick-up of PML, Summit and Interlibrary Loan materials. Availability of appointments times are limited due to staffing and all appointments must be scheduled at least one hour in advance. A library employee will meet you at the library entrance at the start of your appointment to let you into the building. Please have your WWU ID available.

During Summer Quarter 2023, if you are a local pastor, emeritus faculty, or visiting student, please utilize the community appointment request form to request building/collections access.
