To request an in-person research consultation with a librarian 1) select one of the two appointment types below, 2) pick a time slot that works for you, 3) you will receive an email (check your non-focused outlook if you don't see it) with the time and an appointment to add to your calendar if you want, 4) arrive at Peterson Memorial Library at the arranged time.
15 Minute Quick Research. Best for simple questions (i.e., you're just looking for which Search Tool to use, or a quick overview of how to find a single source).
35 Minute Research. Best for complex questions, where you are looking to find several sources, or how to use search tools. This will give us time to explore your research needs and get you connected to the best options.
Appointments will meet at the Library Information Desk in Peterson Memorial Library unless otherwise arranged.
If you do not see an in-person appointment time-slot that works, check online availability as librarians from branch campuses may have additional slots. A librarian may be at the Library Information Desk Monday - Thursday afternoons, or you may email a librarian at reference@wallawalla.edu to suggest a time or ask a question in email.
